I got this so I could use the Garmin C330 on my motorcycle due to sun glare. It did not help at all and I actually can see the screen better without it.

I travel every day to different areas of my territory. A lot of city and turnpike driving. This unit has eliminated the need for Mapquest and/or map reading. It is 100% accurate and can re-config you course in seconds if you have to detour or miss a turn. The text-to-voice with street recognition is something I would highly recommend to any body that uses a GPS for work related travel. Don't have to bother looking ahead for a street sign. This unit tells you when to turn, well in advance. Just a great, great unit!
