Great choice for a remote August 30, 2008
I purchased this remote about two months ago and so far I have loved it. You can set it up in a basic sense where you just allow the standard buttons to populate the LCD screen or you can fully customize the remote so that you only see those buttons you use the most. The web interface is straight forward and easy to use. You can even setup sequences where you can program a series of events to occur. I have not had any issues with the charger or remote at this time. Currently my wife find it easier to use and so does my young son.

In general it is a nice remote.
Pros:
* easy to set up
* supports a lot of devices
* gets update through the Internet
* remembers not just the commands, but activities
* can learn commands from unsupported devices
* nice software, easy to reporgram
Cons:
* doesn't support blue tooth (I had to get an IR remote for PS3)
* works relatively slow - you need to pint the remote for 15 seconds to power up the TV, home theater and the cable box
* high cost
Conclusion: get one of those if you have 3 or more remotes in your living room

The remote doesn't switch between inputs properly and won't work without always using the help menu. It was faster to use my old 4 remotes. I probably spent 90 minutes with the help desk on 3 separate calls. While they tried to be helpful, the remote still doesn't work.

Programming is easy.
GUI is intuitive.
Remote is user friendly.
Controls all devices that I have in my house.
Very flexible programming allows advanced user customization.
