Note: When you take these out of the box, plug them in and listen to them, they may sound bad. These type of earbuds need what is called burn-in, so that the dynamic drivers used will loosen up and thus sound better. 8 hours minimum.
After burning in, these really sound excellent. Ive had similar IEMs like the
CX300s, EP630, MD33s, and a bunch of others,and these have the bestsoundstage and bass. They really are great.

GREAT product! I ordered them because the headphones that came with my iPod really hurt my ears, and made them ache. These fit comfortably inside my ear and come with 3 different sized pads. I was a bit alarmed that the left speaker wire was 4" long, and the right one 21" long, but once I contacted JVC they assured me they made them that was as most people hang the iPod or MP3 player on one side while they work, that way the wire is hanging mostly on one side.
They also have GREAT sound quality. I have been VERY PLEASED with these earphones.

Bought this headset for our daughter - as you probably know it's not always easy to use the headset out of the box with an iPod for a child. While these are clearly not intended for children directly - the fact that you have the different sized ear bud inserts makes all the different. It's easy to customize and we had no problem (7 year old) getting a pair that fit great. Should be pretty easy with the three included to size it to yourself and for the price it's not the end of the world if they get lost! JVC quality is always reliable as well.

Replacement buds (the inner ear plastic part) cost 10.81 plus shipping from JVC and are back ordered.
They fall off and get lost in normal use and are unobtainable except from JVC.
Buy something else.

I bought these headphones after my ears got sore from the white headphones that Creative includes with their mp3 players (which seem abnormally large). These are comfortable, don't fall out and have great sound.
