I thought about the high price tag on these earphones for a few days before giving in and I haven't been disappointed. The fit is the best I've had compared with the several others I've tried in the past. If they're placed in the ear canal as directed, the lows are deep and the highs are natural and pure. This is one of those instances where you get what you pay for.

I received my Klipsch Custom-2 this afternoon with extremely high hope. To my disappointment I do not like the sound at all. I tried every ear gel that came with them and even called customer support thinking I was doing something wrong or maybe something wrong with the earphones themselves. I expected an earphone this expensive to blow me away, they sound bad. The highs are way to high the there is no low to speak of. I tried them on my computer, my Ipod my daughters Ipod and a CD player still sound like crap. My daughters Sony earbuds sound so much better than these. I am very very disappointed that I had to spend this much money on something this bad. I do like the way they fit and love the design they appear to be a very comfortable piece. For now I will stick with my Bose in ears and try to re-coupe some of my cost. -Expected more and very disappointed-

For their size, the Klipsch IMAGE earphones are the ticket for ambient noise attenuation and audio clarity while riding a motorcycle. I have always had issues with other brands as they were always a hassle putting on and taking off a full face helmet. While the price is a little steep, you get what you pay for!

I've been using the Custom-3's for six months now, and I can only say they're okay. I have similar issues, as other reviewers, with the seal. I'm guessing that the sound would improve if I could get a better fit, but alas, that hasn't happened. My biggest gripe is the thin cord. It's very fragile, and I've sent back my pair because I lost sound out of one earpiece. My guess is the wires near the base of the plug have detached. So, for now, I will stick with my Shure's.

Purchased a pair for my GF, I tested them and now I want a pair too!
They are incredibly light, look stylish and have enough ear gels to make them comfortable... and the sound quality... it is really good!
I tried listening to some songs I have heard tons of times before and its awesome how I was able to identify new sounds or know how many people was singing on the chorus, things I never heard before with normal earphones.
If you want the better-looking, light and comfortable earphones, with the best sound quality please go ahead and buy some Images, I know I will order another pair soon :D
