 Hard to beat for the price April 15, 2008
This is my second center channel speaker, and I definitely feel like it's a great value for the price. I didn't know very much about surround sound when I purchased my first setup, so my center channel didn't match my other 2 front speakers. But I just recently found this speaker here at Amazon, and I thought I'd see how much difference it makes. I can't say that it's an amazing difference from my Sony, but I'm happy now that I have 3 JBLs in the front, keeping my sound consistant across all 3 channels. The sound doesn't blow me away, but it's very nice for the price, that's for sure. Voices sound very clear, and action scenes come to life. I'm very happy!

It has good mid-low frequency response. High pitch is also very good. The only downside is it is not wall-mountable.

Sounds great as my center speaker. I'm pushing it with a Pioneer VSX-5900S Pro Logic receiver with a center channel output of 25W.
 Poor Sound quality and Big June 30, 2008

This speaker had poor sound quality and was very large. I have the bose Acoustimass in another room and they blow this speaker away and for a fraction of the size.
