What’s in the box

The InGrid Home System includes the Base, Console, Handset, Grid Extender, Eight Sensors, and a Keychain Remote. The system is designed to cover a home with 2000 to 3000 square feet of space. All you need to complete this security package is a high-speed internet connection and an in-home router (neither of which is included with this Home System), and the InGrid Home Monitoring service (available for an additional monthly fee, but also not included). Please note that your InGrid security system is not fully activated without a subscription to an InGrid home monitoring plan.

Grid Controllers – Your Personal Grid of Protection. InGrid is built to deliver a grid of protection. If any controller is disabled, others step in to allow the system to continue to function. This makes InGrid nearly burglar-proof, as there is no single master control panel or point of vulnerability. Every InGrid component comes with battery back-up to keep you safe in the event of power loss.

The Handset – Better Control Means Better Safety. The Handset, which doubles as a cordless phone, can be taken with you anywhere in and around your home. Your system's controls and panic button are always at hand. Instead of a single keypad anchored by your front door, you're now free to roam your home, backyard or porch AND have instant access to your home's protection. What's more, the handset allows you to monitor activity in other rooms of your home.

The Console – Not a Typical Keypad. The InGrid Keypad Console gives you everything you'd expect from a security system keypad, plus a whole lot more. Not only does the Keypad Console act as your command central, it also acts as information central, displaying up-to-the minute weather as well as severe weather alerts. Need help remembering things? The console can also display customized notifications on the easy-to-read screen (such as important dates like birthdays and anniversaries).

The Keychain Remote – Reliable Control at the Touch of a Button. Of all the innovations built into InGrid, none is more convenient than the keychain remote. Arm or disarm your home or trigger a panic at the push of a button. Because the keychain remote is two-way, you can be 100% sure the system arms and disarms by simply hearing the confirmation beep. With old analog keychain remotes you never know if the system arms or disarms correctly. That's not a secure feeling. The Keychain Remote's confirmation beep is just another way that InGrid makes you feel always protected.
