PK2 earphones are the low impedance version of PK1. Although not as good as PK1, PK2's sound signature is similar to PK1. You don't have to drive PK2 with an expensive head-amp. If you are looking for something with high performance/price ratio, PK2 might be the best choice.

Well worth the money August 22, 2008
Are you tired of having to jam earphones down your ear canals to get good sound quality? Some stay in place; some do not. These Yuin Pk2 earbuds are just the ticket. They are comfortable and they sound fantastic. The biggest drawback with other earbuds that I have tried is that they lack bass. These earbuds have gobs of solid bass. I don't know how they do it but I am considering buying a second pair. I have a job were I am allowed to play music all day. I have logged many hours listening through earphones and have tried many different brands and types and have not been satisfied with any until I purchased the Yuin Pk2 earphones. They have my highest recommendation.
Toss Your iPod Buds and Get These. November 8, 2008
Incredible sound for the price. Rich bass, clear highs. Quality construction. Feels like its covered in real rubber. I bought them after doing research on Head-fi.org. I sometimes wear a hat so I can't wear my Sennheiser PX 100 Collapsible Headphones and because the buds that shipped with my Apple iPod classic 120 GB Black (6th Generation)sound like garbage on songs like The Hand That Feeds. It ships in a small wooden box. Inside is a round plastic container containing the buds. There are also several foam covers included, with and without center holes. I am using the ones with center holes. The foam helps insulate outside sound and keep the buds in your ear, they never fall out like Apple Earbuds (White with Gray Earbuds) do all the time. Also included is a standard plug adaptor. Just how good do they sound? I just read where a person attended a head phone party with phones worth up to a grand and they preferred the PK2's.
