Not bad for the price July 31, 2007 6 out of 7 found this review helpful
I have the Ipod Nano, and for me, the stock earbuds were a problem at the gym, they kept shifting and I would lose all of my volume. I picked up a pair of these, problem solved, they don't move at all. The sound is good, the bass seems a little weak, but what do you expect for this price, and such a small package.
Overall, I like them and would purchase them again.
Pretty good for the ridiculously low price... December 1, 2007 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
Reading reviews is a good way to make an educated purchase but I think you should take them with a grain of salt. I'm not an audiophile so I'm not interested in the opinion of some audiophile who trashes earbuds left and right because only the best of the best will do. Also bear in mind that some of the earbuds reviews are written by those who like excessive bass, the kind that vibrates the licence plate on one's car.
This is my third pair of earbuds, after Sony MDR-EX51 and Senheiser CX300. Sony's rubber cord is a joke and as so many other owners have already pointed out, it simply doesn't last. Senheiser had great tight bass but kept popping out of my ears. One day, I stepped on them and killed the left one.
This particular pair does a much much better job in staying in the ear than the two previous pairs. People who already own earbuds know it's crucial that you need tight fit in order to get bass out of any pair of earbuds. So, what good is a great sounding pair of earbuds if they don't stay in place?
These sound good overall. I like the fact that the trebles are under control and there's plenty of bass when coupled with my IAudio MP3 player. The only tiny complaint I have is that bass sometimes get a little tiring after extended play. I hope this helps...
Good one with friendly price February 25, 2008 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I have been looking for new headphones to replace original ones coming with ipod. It has pretty good sound with much less annoying noise from outside which is what I want because I use in train all the time. Plus, it was offered at affordable price.

After I shorted out my $100 V-Moda Vibes while working out at the gym (V-Moda replaced them free of charge), I decided it might make sense to have a cheaper pair of phones for running and working out. These definitely were a good choice. While V-Modas produce phenomenal sound (I highly recommend them), they also have a tendency to fall out while jogging. These stay put. I also noticed that the Panasonics have great sound isolation. When I work out, I hear no noise around me. That said, these are $20 headphones, and while they are worth every penny of their modest price tag, do not expect audiophile-level sound. They are way better than the junkers that come with an Ipod, but you are not paying for Sennheisers or Shures.
Pros: Great noise isolation, stay put in your ears Cons: Sound is good, not great
Pretty good for a low price January 1, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I've tried "top end", "low end" and "middle of the road" noise reducing earbuds (including Apples very own) and none of them stayed in my ear. These stay in place!!!!!! Even if the cord gets hung up on your shirt, they don't just fall out like the others. Plus they have very good sound. A touch lite on the bass, but I wasn't expecting a whole lot. Overall, you can't beat these for the price. I would definately recomend them to anyone.
