I purchased the 3.5mm Stereo Headset Speaker Adaptor only to find that it didn't work. I tried emailing customer service for assistance and they woman I was speaking with was no help at all. Great Job Amazon!

The adaptor for the headset is perfect. It's the Motorola headset that it goes to that is made so cheaply that the arm broke at the fulcrum. If it had been made stronger at the critical point, it would last and continue to be the fully-functional useful item it was when new.
