HIGH QUALITY/GREAT VALUE September 27, 2006 13 out of 13 found this review helpful
The Behringer HPX2000 is a quality product and is a steal at the offered price. It is a well constructed, comfortable, and high performance sound reproduction instrument with excellent frequency range. I bought this product based on my knowledge of the Behringer microphone line but with some reservation of its earphone line given the low prices. However, after receiving the HPX2000 headset, I've used it on everything from portable CD players, my home entertainment center, my polyphonic synthesizer, and single side band radio transmission equipment and I've found the sound reproduction to be as good or better than prior Sony studio headphones that I've owned in the past. Given the durable construction, these headphones should last for years. And, I find the one-quarter inch plug and 2 meter cord length to definite pluses both in terms of the larger diameter, sturdier cable used and not finding myself running over and damaging the cable with the wheels of my chair. Don't hesitate to buy this product. You won't do better at multiples of this price.
Whoa Behringer! March 13, 2007 5 out of 6 found this review helpful
I'm not going to get all technical but these are some loud headphones!!!
For the price, these are a steal!!
Not only are they loud, they have wonderful sound quality and just the right amount of bass (and i'm really big into bass)
Overall, amazing headphones! I definetly recommend them!
Also, the look expensive;)
Looks and sounds Pro, Terrible Noise Isolation December 6, 2007 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I've been DJing with this set of headphones for quite a while now and am pleased with the quality for the price. For what you pay, you really can't go wrong with this entry-level set. I used the savings for a nice Kaoss Pad. The sound is good -- bass frequencies are solid and treble frequencies are definitely respectable.
My main complaint is the noise isolation is terrible. It comes with big foamy cushions and you'd think these would do a good job of blocking out noise -- they don't. In fact, there's almost no noticeable difference between when you have the headphones on or off.
Overall, I think these headphones provide a good bang for your buck.
behringer hpx2000 - you get what you payed for February 9, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
hmmm, its okey but the quality is not that good once you take a look closely you could tell that is made from china specialy the silver coted plastic it seems that is easy to brake , about the sound fair enough it has its highs mids but the lows are not that deep or outstanding, it really has a good looks and for 20.00 plus shipping you will get what you payed for, its better than what you can get at that the same price like the koss or even sony headphones that you can get at walmart or fry's elec... im just a little bit dissapointed because the xm8500 ultravoice microphone really stands up... for that same price... im not a dj but i uses this headphone for quite mode because i also have the pmp2000 that i cant use at night time, and if you wanna see that video review for the pmp2000 and v-amp2 modeling effects you can check out my videos on youtube just type okeylang47 on the search tab thank you...
Invest in a Sony July 20, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Very Mediocre headphones.....invest in a Sony MDRV700 instead, they're bit pricey, but worth it
On the plus side, the audio fidelity is good, but i think they're bit weak on the bass
