Whether used for home theater or stereo music applications, the Klipsch R-5650-W in-wall speaker challenges the performance and clarity of comparable standalone speakers. The high-quality and easily installed R-5650-W features a 6.5-inch Cerametallic woofer cone, 1-inch titanium tweeter mated to a square 90-degree by 60-degree, pivoting Tractrix horn. The pivoting horn allows you to point the sound where you want it to go, and it offers treble and bass contour switches. It includes perforated metal wings that easily fasten to the studs via screws, staples or nails. Painted white for easy marking and placement, these metal wings can be folded around the edge of the studs if necessary. It's one of the easiest in-wall speakers to install, thanks to the Klipsch two-screw KWIC-Lock feature. The optional Klipsch IK-650-W installation kit incorporates a mud ring, breakaway wire tie and color-coded brackets for easy speaker size identification.
