Product Description A master in performance, the Reference Series RF-63 floorstander offers an exceptional combination of sound and style. With its high-end materials and slender design, this speaker is an absolute must for getting the most out of your favorite music and movies.Exclusive Tractrix Horns have always been the key component of this critically acclaimed series. In the RF-63, this technology has been refined to include improved throat geometry for a more genuine, lifelike sound. Behind the horn lies a professional-grade 1.25-inch titanium diaphragm compression driver to provide a unique combination of precision, clarity and effortless power.Featuring an all-new driver layout, the RF-63 employs triple 6.5-inch high-output woofers with large motor structures for a solid bass foundation and greater control, output and power handling. These Cerametallic woofers with inverted copper dust caps exhibit a very high stiffness-to-mass ratio and superb damping characteristics. The RF-63's rigid cabinet offers improved internal cross-bracing to minimize panel vibrations that can color sound and three rear-firing ports to eliminate turbulence noise. Increased baffle ribbing in the lower panel and around the horn mouth dramatically improve acoustics across the sonic range. For signal purity and perfect driver integration, the crossover on the RF-63 features the finest components and Klipsch custom internal wiring. Premium binding posts ensure superior connectivity. The RF-63 comes with a knife-edge back and low-diffraction, magnetically attached grille to further accentuate the elegance of this speaker.

BUYER BEWARE August 25, 2008 3 out of 4 found this review helpful
I ordered what were supposed to be Klipsch RF-63 Floor standing speakers. What I recieved, was a MUCH older and MUCH less expensive pair of Klipsch KSP-400. Not only did I receive the wrong speakers, both speakers also had minor damage on them which was not disclosed. When I confronted the seller, she told me that the speakers were insured and that I should file a cliam with UPS and I could keep the speakers and get my money back. Well, the speakers seem to have been already damaged before they were even shipped and I am STUCK with OLD DAMAGED SPEAKERS that I DO NOT WANT. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!
