Item misrepresented and seller rude when contacted for return. October 27, 2007

The item description stated this product is compatible with 1st & 2nd Generation Nano. When the speaker system arrived, the label clearly states "works with original Nano only". The speaker system arrived in a plain, manila envelope with no packing list, no shipping materials,etc. We are amazed it's in one piece!
When I contacted the seller, "Cybermansez," as to how to return the item, he stated I "must not have read the description that this speaker works with 1St Generation Nano only". Not true according to the description.
Then he also states there will be a restocking fee. This was never mentioned in the description.
This is our first bad experience ordering through Amazon. We will make sure this seller is never linked with any future purchases.
