This is one of those products that is just well engineered. It plugs in, loads what it needs without a disk and has worked perfectly ever since. I do web sales presentatons and short webinars and then am right back on the phone and this is perfect. Worth the money!
 More reliable than Bluetooth February 15, 2008

Does a good job for a reasonable price. Tried several bluetooth devices and the sound quality was better and more reliable with the DA-40. During a 45 minute conference call, I did notice every 10 minutes it would "cut out" a bit and have some echoing but didn't last long.
