The A20 telephone accessory deck keeps phone wiring hidden and organized and hosts Plantronics A20 amplifier, cord management, DuoSet convertible headset, online indicator, and headset stand. This deck is easy to adjust with audible and visual cues for adjusting incoming and outgoing volume, tone control, and mute. The headset is convertible for either over-the-head or over-the-ear use with a conformable ear hook. SoundGuard Plus and Call Clarity technologies ensure superior sound. This deck sets up in minutes with plug-and-play automatic configuration and seamless telephone integration.

The accessory deck connects to single- or multiline corded phones and includes a 6-foot corded online indicator. The Quick Disconnect coil cable connects to all Plantronics H series headsets.
