| Editorial Reviews:
Product Description Just when you thought the inMotion portable audio system couldn't get any smaller, iMmini comes along. This tiny, ultra-portable, battery-operated stereo system is the first powered audio system designed exclusively for the iPod mini. A highly efficient Class D amplifier powers four micro drivers to deliver a full spectrum of pure, distinct sound, while the revolutionary MaxxBass technology allows listeners to enjoy deep bass without lugging around a subwoofer. Best of all, connectivity is as easy as placing your iPod mini into the built-in dock.

Just right & priced right November 24, 2008 I have purchased three of these over the past year. For the money, this compact portable speaker system is great. My wife uses one for her IPOD Nano in the kitchen and the other two are used as supplemental speakers for two laptop computers we own. In both roles, these speaker work great. They won't blow you away but for an average size room, they do fill the room with sound nicely. These speakers can't compare with offerings from BOSE costing 10 to 15 times more but if you keep your expectations in check you won't be disappointed.
Very Disappointed - NOT AS PICTURED July 24, 2008 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
We own the Altec Lansing inMotion and wanted another one for our Florida Condo. What we received is NOT the same. It is smaller and does not fold up. The one sent does not fit the regular iPod just the Nano. Bad Deal!
Great sound for a low price May 23, 2008 I bought this mini portable audio system for my desk at work because it looked small and light. When I actually received it I was surprised at how small it really is and a little skeptical, but I am very happy with it. It sounds really good with the volume high or really low. I would recommend this product to anyone; it is a very good buy. The price is excellent also.
Great sound; very practical April 9, 2008 This speaker dock station/player has unbelievable sound. As a massage therapist I need something that produces a quality sound that is very portable and lightweight. I have purchased other lightweight units, but were disappointed with the bass that it would produce. I have had many of my clients make comments and questions on where they could purchase one of these. I purchased mine for about $70 and got a great deal... it charges while it plays great sound and comes with a protective cover.. great for on the go with batteries or as a plug in.
Awesome little portable sound system! February 23, 2008 Phenomenal sound for its size -- almost sounds like it has a sub woofer. A great price through Amazon (way less than retail asking price published on Altec Lansing's web site).
Very convenient for Ipods, MP3's & Portable CD players.
