Installed card and ran software on Dell Optiplex GX260 machine. Everything appears to be working fine. I still to need to get the audio configured.

I order this card from amazon, and have it for a week with 1 cam, the manufacture is (http://www.wave-p.com/) and the card is reconize as ether9404, i got a updated version of the DVR program from the website.
you will get a little more info about this card on http://www.cctvforum.com i will order more cams to test this fully, for the price this is a good product and easy to use. Down point is there is NO wdm driver for if you want to use this card with other programs. for wdm drivers choose a card with BT878 or BT848 chip on it.
simple to install and have worked rather well September 3, 2008
I have had 1 problem, that occasionally 1 camera drops the video feed requiring a COLD Reboot of the computer, but seems to do OK even without a lot of documentation and minimal support.
 NO support but works. September 8, 2008
Sabrent is not the maker and do not know how it works.
I Email to them ask when recorded hard disk hit full condition what happend and when camare loast video it show a dialog box do I need clcik that dialog box to make it continue or it can continue with human click on the message box. They Email back said they do not know how it works and not give the maker name.
 Motion detection doesn't work October 28, 2008
The Sabrent SC-PVS4 4-Channel CCTV DVR Surveillance System Video Security PCI Capture Card is a good idea.It has 4 independently processors to decode your video. It ran 4 cameras at 640-480 with no drag. The trouble is the motion detection does not work, I have tried different drivers for the card and a different program (webcam) and the motion detection just will not work. I can't find any help on the net for tech support.
