These new high-quality German-made binoculars employ Grade-A BK 7 crown glass for its precision-polished prisms. Ordinarily, BaK 4 is used as a recourse to improve color correction, but in these binoculars color correction is so good that we may use the most transparent, homogeneous, bubble-free crown glass available - - BK 7. Clear aperture is 22mm. Its straight-through design employs superior roof prisms for image erection. Each prism surface is multicoated for the highest transmission of light and freedom from ghosts. Focuser travel is 20mm and is available in M44 and 2".
