Zune Charger March 9, 2007 8 out of 9 found this review helpful
Very good and Slim, especially when compared with the one provided by Microsoft, but I then realized that any USB charger (DC 5V, 500mA) would do the same job, so I end up buying a very tiny one [...]?option=com_ecatalog&task=cate&cid=15) that I found in the airport, and it works for my Zune, Mobile Phone, Pocket PC, etc...
So, the "Monster AC Wall SlimCharger for Zune" is a good and Slim USB Charger, but there are smaller options, without the cable, just a USB plug. Maybe they should just remove the Cable and put a USB input on the Charger and it will be as good as the one I'm using, since I have to carry the Zune Cable anyway. And with a retractable USB cable you can charge any other USB compatible device.
Not what I expected February 6, 2007 7 out of 13 found this review helpful
I was very disappointed in this item because it required me use my current USB cable. I wanted and thought I was getting a wall charger that plugged directly into the Zune.

OK, Look at the BIG pictures of a product you are intending to purchase. Wow, one of them shows a female USB end. Hard one to figure out. Come on people. As for them repackaging a product to work with other players... why is this bad of Monster to do? Did you really think they would spend big bucks to make a product that would be identical to one they had now? I figure most of you are not capitalist or observant.
What are people complaining about.... February 15, 2007 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
So what if you have to use the USB cable to connect it to the charger!?! First off, when you buy the player, you already get that cable so it's not like you have to go out and purchase other equiptment/cables. Secondly, it gives a little extra cord length should you need it to streach just a little further to set in on a bed or table or whatever. It works great and does it's job. Ya'll need to look @ the pictures and read the description before throwing caution to the wind and then being disapointed. That's not the products fault, it's the buyers.
Note that it requires your USB cable January 11, 2007 4 out of 6 found this review helpful
Buyer be aware that you have to use your zune usb cable to plug into this wall charger. So, if like me, you want to leave your zune usb cable plugged into your computer (because it's a pain to reconnect later) you'll have to buy another usb cable in order to use this AC wall charger. Again, I am thrilled to have a Zune, but there are so many things that they didn't think through well that maybe Ipods weren't so bad?
