Product Description
SPM-13 charger with built-in overcharge protection quickly charges 3.6V or 7.2V Lithium-Ion camcorder batteries. It's microprocessor controlled and provides constant current and voltage charging. SPM-13 charges batteries with the precision that only today's microprocessor technology can provide. Charging is controlled using peak voltage to guarantee full charging of battery packs. Abnormal battery detection is also provided to identify "bad" battery packs and the user is alerted by beeps. SPM-13 operates on the road from a cigarette lighter socket, or at home from an AC outlet.

This item which was a recommended accessory for the Sharp Viewcam I also purchased from Amazon.Com apparently was not compatible.
