This board does not come with a Driver CD. It is really an HP board manufactured by ASUS. Drivers are not available on either the HP or ASUS web sites.
If you intend to run XP - prepare for some serious archaeology digging for the drivers.
If you install VISTA - all the drivers will be installed and updated through Windows Updates.
